How do I book?
Send a request on this site or message us on WhatsApp at +44 20 7946 0000. We'll arrange a free meet and greet and confirm the price and times. We aim to reply within 2 hours during business hours.
Do we meet first?
Yes, always. A free meet and greet at your home: your pet's routine, food, health, vet details and how we get in.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the city and the surrounding districts. Tell us your area and we'll confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be charged 50%. If something urgent comes up, talk to us and we'll work it out.
